Just a couple of corrections. It was only like that back in the day if you had a Director’s account
and they indeed changed it later on. Also, it doesn’t have to do with the amount of subscribers you have, but it depends on if you’re a YouTube partner or not. YouTube partners gain the ability to post longer videos.
if u had a youtube account in sometime in 2006 u can have long videos , they changed the policy later on , also if u have a certain number of subscibers u get upgraded to longer videos

Bernie, I recently had a free 1/2 hr. hypnosis evaluation and during this session I did the light hand, heavy hand bit you did at the beginning of this video on the girls. My hands never moved at all, they were even. Can I still be hypnotized?
